Originally from Lebanon Mehdi completed culinary school in 2005 with a concentration in Lebanese Cuisine and Pastry Making. His specialty is Lebanese Cuisine with a sweet talent for desserts.

Is chef/owner of the Bland Is Boring Co., a cooking instructor, an actor, and a stand-up comic! Ali’s specialty is Indian cuisine and he also loves to create a fusion of Indian and other delicious global cuisines.

Is of Cambodian descent and has been cooking her heart out since the age of 11,  all thanks to her mother.  She specializes in Thai, Cambodian and Chinese dishes, which makes many people happy and coming back for more!
