We offer over 70 hours of the most popular group courses in our custom-designed, air-conditioned studios.

These include aerobic, muscle toning, studio cycling and dance classes for the energetic, golf and badminton courses for the sports enthusiasts and Yoga and Pilates classes for those seeking mastery over mind and body.


Included in your membership, twelve-week sessions can also be purchased separately.

You can also enjoy a recreational game of soccer, volleyball or badminton on designated team-sports days.
